Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items, unless defective.
  • Digital downloads or gift cards.


Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at beavers3dprints@gmail.com to initiate a return.
  2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.


Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. Contact us at beaver@beavers3dcreations.store to arrange an exchange.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
  • We will provide a replacement or issue a refund as necessary.


Restocking Fee

  • A restocking fee of 15% applies to all non-defective returns.
