Eligibility for Returns

- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized items, unless defective.
- Digital downloads or gift cards.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at beavers3dprints@gmail.com to initiate a return.
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. Contact us at beaver@beavers3dcreations.store to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
- We will provide a replacement or issue a refund as necessary.
Restocking Fee
- A restocking fee of 15% applies to all non-defective returns.
